§ 1. General Provisions
- The controller of the data is UpsideDown Marketing Aneta Bobrowska, with its registered office in Nowy Sącz, ul. Konstanty 14/20, Taxpayer Identification Number (NIP): 7343073255, National Business Registry (REGON) No.: 520779653. The data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable legal regulations, and the storage of data takes place on secured servers.
- The Regulations glossary is used for the interpretation of terms, or they are understood as described in the Privacy Policy (if the direct description is applicable).
- For the purposes of better reception of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” has been replaced by “You”, and “Controller” with “We”. The term “GDPR” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
- We respect your right to privacy and care for data security. Among other things, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) is used for this purpose.

§ 2. Personal Data Controller

- in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,

- to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the fulfillment of legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject: to the extent and for the purpose in accordance with the consent you provided if you signed up for the newsletter, to the extent and for the purpose in accordance with the consent you gave if you left your contact information.
- Every data subject (if we are the data controller) has the right to access, rectify, delete or limit the processing, and also to object and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

- We reserve the right to process your data after the termination of the agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent necessary for the purpose of pursuing possible claims in court or if national or EU legislation or international law requires from us to retain the data.
- The Service Provider has the right to share the personal data and other data of the User with entities authorized under applicable law (e.g., law enforcement agencies).
- The deletion of personal data may take place as a result of withdrawal of consent or legal objection to the processing of personal data.
- The Service Provide does not share personal data with entities other than those authorized under applicable law. Sharing takes place only with entities authorized under applicable laws, entities providing IT, organizational, postal, accounting and legal services to the service provider.
- Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us or by processors with whom maintain close cooperation.
