Privacy policy

§ 1. General Provisions

  1. The controller of the data is UpsideDown Marketing Aneta Bobrowska, with its registered office in Nowy Sącz, ul. Konstanty 14/20, Taxpayer Identification Number (NIP): 7343073255, National Business Registry (REGON) No.: 520779653. The data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable legal regulations, and the storage of data takes place on secured servers.
  2. The Regulations glossary is used for the interpretation of terms, or they are understood as described in the Privacy Policy (if the direct description is applicable).
  3. For the purposes of better reception of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” has been replaced by “You”, and “Controller” with “We”. The term “GDPR” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
  4. We respect your right to privacy and care for data security. Among other things, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) is used for this purpose.
  5. Personal data provided in the form on the website is treated as confidential and is not visible to unauthorized persons.
     


§ 2. Personal Data Controller

  1. The Service Provider is the Controller of personal data of their customers. This means that if you sign up for the newsletter or leave your contact information, we process your data like first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number, IP address.
  2. Personal data are processed:
    1. in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data,
    2. in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
    3. to the extent and purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, amend or terminate it and properly perform the electronically provided Services,
    4. to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the fulfillment of legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject: to the extent and for the purpose in accordance with the consent you provided if you signed up for the newsletter, to the extent and for the purpose in accordance with the consent you gave if you left your contact information.
  3. Every data subject (if we are the data controller) has the right to access, rectify, delete or limit the processing, and also to object and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
  4. Contact with the person supervising the processing of personal data in the Service Provider’s organization is possible via e-mail: hello@upsidedown.eu.
  5. We reserve the right to process your data after the termination of the agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent necessary for the purpose of pursuing possible claims in court or if national or EU legislation or international law requires from us to retain the data.
  6. The Service Provider has the right to share the personal data and other data of the User with entities authorized under applicable law (e.g., law enforcement agencies).
  7. The deletion of personal data may take place as a result of withdrawal of consent or legal objection to the processing of personal data.
  8. The Service Provide does not share personal data with entities other than those authorized under applicable law. Sharing takes place only with entities authorized under applicable laws, entities providing IT, organizational, postal, accounting and legal services to the service provider.
  9. Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us or by processors with whom maintain close cooperation.

This information may include the addresses of websites linked to our website, the websites you view on our website, your IP address and the time of your visit to our website. UpsideDown Marketing Aneta Bobrowska reserves the right to use information to identify the user.
